Cancellation Policy

 AZ FUN TOURS LLC acts as an agent for the attractions available on their tours and shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage that results from the acts or omissions of any company or person operating such attractions.

AZ FUN TOURS LLC reserves the right to Cancel Tour, alter itineraries or routes due to conditions beyond our control, such as traffic, construction, weather and safety, and is not responsible for viewing conditions due to weather. All tour duration and return times are approximate.

 AZ FUN TOURS LLC may cancel up to 12 hours prior to schedule tour if the minimum number (6) guests, has not been booked. We will issue a FULL refund.

 **Please call 480-712-4696 if you wish to book less than 24 hours prior to start our tour to check on possible availability.

 Guest Cancellations on confirmed day tours with AZ FUN TOURS LLC canceled less than 48 hours prior to tour departure and no shows will be charged in full.

 Confirmed private/custom  tours cancelled less than 5 days prior to tour departure and no shows will be charged in full.

 We understand unavoidable and unplanned matters arise. We ask if such issues conflict with you meeting your reserved tour date/time that you communicate with us as soon as possible.

 Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing to azfuntours@gmail.com

 If you arrive for the Tour intoxicated you will be unable to participate in the Tour, and you will not be refunded. If you become over-intoxicated or unruly while on the Tour, you will be asked to exit the Tour, and you will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any costs incurred to retrieve your vehicle and/or return to your point of origin/destination. The Tour guide/driver will determine what is considered unruly or intoxicated at their discretion.
